Love finding places that look like they are not in the city. This street just north of San Vicente, in Santa Monica, does just that. Clearly I’m in dire need of getting out of town for a bit. Big Bear is looking more and more like a probability. Just waiting to see how things shape up in the next few weeks before planning a short road trip. As of this weekend they were given the go-ahead by the state to start the second phase of reopening. Vacation rentals may resume, but social distancing rules are still mandated. Most everything is still closed with the usual exceptions for carryout and delivery from restaurants.
