Day 229

When travel is so limited, if even possible, dreaming of a vacation anywhere is essential. Today I should be driving the North Coast 500. It was supposed to be a twenty one day road trip followed by a week of travel from Glasgow to Ireland to London. Total of five weeks in the UK. Instead I’m pretending that a tropical paradise exists behind this gate. Also, because today is Summer Solstice, I’m watching the sunrise at Stonehenge on line. This is the world we inhabit now. Hopefully I can make this trip happen next year, if we can get our act together.
