Day 39

December 13, 2019

December 13, 2019 Beverly Hills, CA

The Beverly Hills City Hall, located on Rexford Drive between Santa Monica Boulevard and Little Santa Monica, was completed in 1932. Designed by architects William J. Gage and Harry G. Koerner in the Spanish Revival style. Aside from housing the city’s administrative services, it also serves as home to the Municipal Gallery where “Torso of a Walking Man” by Auguste Rodin can be seen as part of its permanent exhibit. The building was added to the Beverly Hills City Council’s list of historical preservations in May of 2013. I believe there will be interior photos of this building in the near future. Stay tuned.
