The behind the scenes of beer brewing. Highland Park Brewery’s taproom in Chinatown serves a delicious selection of beer and bar snacks. My favorite beer here is the Sorry Dude, and a very close second is the Refresh. Both go really well with the Fried Cheese Curds (Harissa) and the Ceviche. Getting a table can be a bit tough as this is a very popular place. But if you’re patient, and friendly, people will let you know when they’re leaving so you can take over their table. So, have a beer and make some new friends. It’s a good time just waiting to happen.
